Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Crimca Publishing House. By visiting and using this site, you accept, without reservation, all the conditions set out below. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use our services.

This document constitutes a valid legal agreement between you as user/customer and S.C. Editura Crimca S.R.L., with registered office at 2, Iancu Flondor Street, Suceava, Romania, registered under number J33/XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, CUI ROXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

1. General Provisions

Platform edituracrimca.ro is an online shop for the sale of publishing publications, books, albums and other cultural products. Access to the platform is allowed to individuals of at least 18 years of age or minors with the explicit consent of a legal guardian.

Crimca Publishing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes shall take effect on the date of their publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

1.1. Eligibility and Registration

To place an order on our platform, it is not mandatory to create an account. However, registering an account provides access to order history, delivery address management and other benefits. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when you register.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login data.
• Account transfer to third parties is not allowed.
• You are responsible for any activity on your account.
• Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately to contact@edituracrimca.ro.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content present on this platform - including but not limited to text, images, photos, graphics, logos, source code, layouts and trade names - is the exclusive property of Crimca Publishing House or its partners and are protected by Romanian and European copyright law (Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as amended).

2.1. Use Restrictions

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or use the content of the platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Crimca Publishing House. The following are permitted:

• Downloading or printing pages for personal, non-commercial, non-commercial purposes only.
• Distributing links to the pages of our platform, mentioning the source.
• Quoting short extracts for the purpose of review or critical comment, with attribution.

Books and publications purchased are for personal use only. Their reproduction, copying or distribution in any form whatsoever is prohibited and constitutes an infringement of copyright, punishable by law.

2.2. Trademarks

Name „Crimca„, logo, logo and other elements of visual identity of the publishing house are registered or pending trademarks. Their use without the publisher's written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Ordering Policy

All prices displayed on the platform are in Romanian Lei (RON) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified. Transportation prices are calculated and displayed separately before checkout.

Editorial Crimca reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The valid price for an order is the one displayed at the time of placing and confirming the order. Any obvious or clear price error will be corrected and the customer will be informed and will be able to cancel the order without penalty.

3.1. Order Confirmation and Finalization

The sale-purchase contract between you and Crimca Publishing House is considered concluded when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Simply placing an order does not constitute an implicit acceptance on our part. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of out-of-stock, price errors or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery and Transportation

Delivery is made through partner courier services throughout Romania. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation and processing. For orders placed outside Romania, delivery times and costs apply individually and will be communicated at checkout.

• Orders worth more than 150 RON benefit from free transportation on Romanian territory.
• The risk of damage or loss of the parcel passes to the buyer at the time of delivery to the courier.
• Check the integrity of the parcel upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

The edituracrimca.ro platform is provided „as such„ without express or implied warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Crimca Publishers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this platform or with the purchases made will be settled amicably, and in case of failure, will be referred to the competent Romanian courts, according to Romanian law.
